What is Multi Cartridge Filter ?

Multi Cartridge Filter is a filtration system designed to clean water or fluid from solid particles dissolved in it. This filter uses several filter cartridges in one unit, which work in parallel to increase filtration capacity and particle removal efficiency.

A filter cartridge usually consists of a tube or housing that contains several filter cartridges of the appropriate size and type. Filter cartridges are generally made of synthetic materials such as polypropylene or polyester, which have very small pores to capture small particles.

The filtration process on a multi cartridge filter begins with the introduction of dirty water or fluid through the filter housing. Each filter cartridge in the housing will capture solid particles contained in the water or fluid. As time passes and particles accumulate in the filter cartridge, the water flow will slow down, and the filtration efficiency will decrease.

Multi Cartridge Filters are used in various applications such as the food and beverage industry, chemical industry, water purification, cooling systems, and more. The advantages of using multi cartridge filters include greater filtration capacity, high efficiency in removing particles, and the ability to handle larger amounts of water or fluid.

Multi Cartridge Filter provides efficient and high-capacity filtration for water and fluid systems,EH Non-code multi cartridge filter vessel provide economical filtration of a wide variety of liquids in a lightweight, externally polished stainless-steel design, with features including a swing bolt secured, quick opening cover and an internal positive pressure cartridge alignment and sealing plate. 

Non-code multi cartridge filter accommodates either 10″, 20″,30″ or 40″ long, double open end (DOE) or 222 single open end (SOE) filter cartridge.

The vessel is manufactured from polished and passivated stainless steel and rated for 150 psi (10.3 bar).
